·        We reserves the right to cancel any courses without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the source of payments received.

·        If cancellation/amendment is made 72 hours prior to course initiation date, no fee will be charged. ( Transaction fee as stipulated in Refund policy will be levied)

·        If cancellation/amendment is made within 72 hours of course initiation date, 100% amount will be charged with no refund policy.

·        In case of no-show, 100% amount will be charged with no refund policy.

·        For cancellation - student has to notify 72 hours of the start of the booked course in advance for avoiding full cancellation penalty.

·        For rescheduling - student has to notify to book the respective month schedule. You can email, call or WhatsApp to Richemont Team for any support.

·        For cancellation due to being contracted by Covid-19 – student has to present the positive test result in order to reschedule your attendance to the next available class.
